A Schengen tourist visa is required for travel to Italy.

Applicants must apply at least 3–4 weeks before the travel date.

Required documents: valid passport, photos, bank statements, employment proof, travel insurance, and itinerary.

The visa fee is not included in the package cost.

The operator can assist in the application process but does not guarantee approval.

Carry necessary insurance and familiarize yourself with emergency services in case of any medical needs
All visitors are required to carry valid ID proof
Meals in the restaurants or cafes are not included
Please be aware that the package does not cover the cost of the visa, which must be obtained separately
Kindly note that personal expenses are not included in the package and should be budgeted separately
Any activities or transfers not specified in the itinerary are not part of the package and require separate arrangements
Respect local customs, from dining etiquette to greeting traditions, for a seamless cultural experience
Stay vigilant in tourist hotspots and beware of pickpockets and scams common in crowded areas
Familiarize yourself with the Euro and ensure you have local currency for smaller purchases
Alcoholic drinks are not included in the package

50% payment required at the time of booking.

Balance payment must be completed at least 30 days before departure.

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or UPI.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days.

In case of denied visa, partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable charges.

Confirmation will be sent within 24-48 hours of booking, subject to availability.

Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure: 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 30–44 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.

No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Prices are per person on a twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise.

Tour is subject to availability and confirmation from the operator.

Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

No refunds are given for unused services.

Any increase in taxes, visa fees, or fuel charges after booking will be borne by the traveler.

The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip due to unforeseen events.

This is a group tour with fixed departure dates.

Minimum age to join the tour is 5 years.

A moderate amount of walking is involved, so comfortable footwear is recommended.

Hotel check-in is usually after 2 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM.

Sightseeing schedules are subject to weather and local conditions.

Final itinerary may be slightly adjusted for operational feasibility.
