• All travelers must possess a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

  Schengen visa approval is at the sole discretion of the consulate; the tour operator is not responsible for any visa refusal.

  In case of visa rejection, cancellation charges as per policy will apply.

• Respect local customs and dress modestly, especially when visiting religious sites.
• Visa expenses are not covered; they must be obtained separately.
• Please note that there may be waiting up to 02 Hours (Post reaching in arrival hall) for arrival transfers.
• If flight timings are before / after the suggested timing, client has to arrange his private transfers on direct payment basis.
• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations.
• All Local taxes, entrances and services are calculated as on 1st October 2021, any increase in local taxes, entry tickets and other services has to be borne and paid by the traveler.
• All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach.
• On reaching Eiffel Tower, if there is a very long queue, we will be taking you to the Montparnasse tower.
• It is suggested to carry one check-in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.
• On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
• A local representative or your coach driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
• Land surcharges applicable on certain departure dates which will be notified.
• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless it\u2019s closed due to a holiday.
• In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
• In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified.
• Budget Tickets reserves the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services.
• The cost of the Airfare, Passport, POE charges, Visa charges, Overseas Travel Insurance, etc. are not included in the package.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
• Budget Tickets reserves the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond the control of us due to Force Majeure related to weather conditions, strike, etc

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
• All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler's Budget Ticket wallet as Thrillcash.
• 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer\u2019s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed
• If cancellation is made 60 days or more before the date of travel, 10.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 30 to 60 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 7 to 15 days before the date of travel, 75.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 0 to 7 days before the date of travel, 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available

Itinerary is subject to change based on local conditions, flight schedules, or force majeure events. Visa approval is at the discretion of the consulate; the operator is not liable for any rejection. Cancellation charges apply as per policy. A minimum group size is required; failing which, the tour may be rescheduled or merged. The operator is not responsible for loss of baggage, personal items, or medical issues during the tour. All travelers must comply with local laws and maintain group discipline. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 working days after written cancellation request.
