Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting service charges. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are subject to higher deductions or may be non-refundable. In case of no-shows or early departures, no refunds will be provided.

The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary for safety or logistical reasons.
