Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for sightseeing
Weather in France can be variable; pack layers and an umbrella
Tipping is customary for guides and drivers (optional but appreciated)
Travel insurance is highly recommended

Refunds are not provided for unused services or early departures; partial refunds may apply if cancellations occur within permitted timelines; visa and insurance fees are non‑refundable

Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of payment; cancellations more than 30 days before departure may incur minimal or no penalty; cancellations within 30–16 days attract a 50 % charge; cancellations 15–8 days before attract 75 %; 7 days or less before departure or no‑show results in 100 % cancellation charge; refunds are not issued for unused portion of services or visa and insurance fees
