Heavy rainfalls are observed between June and September so itinerary changes are possible. In case the roads are blocked due to landslides or any other natural calamity, a permit may not be available to go
Wear appropriate clothing, especially when visiting religious sites. Revealing attire is not culturally acceptable
Public drinking is prohibited so consume alcohol only in licensed establishments or private spaces
ID proof is mandatory for each visitor at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid ID proof
The tour takes place through an eco-friendly zone; do not encourage littering the local sites
Kindly make sure to carry a pair of winter clothes as you will require it upon reaching Munnar, the hill station

Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm the package. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. Any bank or transaction charges will be borne by the customer. Refund amount depends on the cancellation policy at the time of request.
Booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Cancellations made 15 days before departure will receive a 75 percent refund. Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before travel will be eligible for a 50 percent refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to travel date. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

The company is not responsible for delays or changes in itinerary due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
