Indian nationals do not require a visa to travel within India. Foreign nationals must obtain a valid Indian tourist visa prior to arrival. It is advised to consult your local Indian embassy for visa requirements and application processing time. The cost of the visa is not included in the tour package.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof

Heavy rainfalls are observed between June – September which means that real time itinerary changes are possible. In case the roads are blocked due to landslides or any other natural calamity, a permit may not be available to go
Any sightseeing point which is not completed due to time constraints, traffic jam, natural calamity, travellers starting late, permits issued late or any other reason beyond control, Thrillophilia does not take the liability for a refund or a discount

While credit and debit cards are widely accepted, it's advisable to carry some cash, especially when visiting remote areas where card facilities may be limited
Full payment must be made at the time of booking or within the agreed timeline. Any cancellations made after booking may attract cancellation charges as per policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days. No refunds for unused services or last-minute cancellations.
Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations made 30 days prior to travel will incur minimal charges. Cancellations between 15 to 29 days will attract 50% cancellation fee. No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before travel. All cancellations must be communicated via email or in writing.
