Visitors to India must obtain a valid tourist visa prior to arrival; e-visa applications are processed online and require a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended departure date, a recent passport-style photograph, and confirmation of travel dates with this tour package.

Heavy rainfalls are observed between June to September so itinerary changes are possible. In case the roads are blocked due to landslides or any other natural calamity, a permit may not be available to go
Wear appropriate clothing, especially when visiting religious sites. Revealing attire is not culturally acceptable
Public drinking is prohibited so consume alcohol only in licensed establishments or private spaces
ID proof is mandatory for each visitor at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid ID proof
The tour takes place through an eco-friendly zone; do not encourage littering the local sites
Kindly make sure to carry a pair of winter clothes as you will require it upon reaching Munnar, the hill station
Please note that while your driver will drop you off for the Thekkady food tour, return transfers are not included. Plan accordingly for your return journey
The hotels listed are subject to availability and may have varying prices during long weekends and the holiday season
Munnar & Thekkady rooms will not be A/C in all hotels since these are hill stations (few hotels have AC options & available at additional cost)

While credit and debit cards are widely accepted, it's advisable to carry some cash, especially when visiting remote areas where card facilities may be limited
A non-refundable deposit of 25 percent of the total tour cost is required to confirm booking; full payment must be received 30 days prior to departure. Cancellations made more than 45 days before the start date will receive a 50 percent refund of the amount paid, cancellations between 30 and 45 days will receive a 25 percent refund, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of departure.
Tour confirmation will be sent via email within 48 hours of receiving your deposit; any cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the cancellation fees outlined above.
The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to local conditions or unforeseen events; participants must hold valid travel documents and meet health requirements; all bookings are subject to our standard liability limitations and force majeure clauses as per Indian travel regulations.
