Today, check out of the hotel and get driven to Thimphu. Upon arrival, check in & relax for a while. Then, embark on a sightseeing tour of Thimphu. Explore the National Memorial Chorten, where you can admire murals (wall paintings) followed by the 177-ft Buddha Dordenma Statue, overlooking the Thimphu Valley. Stop by Motithang Preserve Takin, home to Bhutan's national animal, Takin. Explore the Tashichho Dzong, Simtokha Dzong, and other attractions before returning to the hotel for a night stay.

In the morning, check out of the hotel and board your transfer to Paro, enjoying the stunning scenery as you travel. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax. Later, embark on a sightseeing tour of Paro, starting with a visit to the historic ruins of Drukgyel Dzong, where you can soak in views of the majestic Mt. Jhomolhari. Next, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest temples, among other attractions. After your tour, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Start the day by boarding a transfer to Ta Dzong, an ancient watchtower that now serves as the museum. Visit the Rinpung Dzong Monastery, known for its intricate architecture. Finally, head to Satsam Chencho Tshongkhang (starting point) for a scenic hike to Taktsang Monastery, perched on a cliff. As you ascend through lush pine forests, take in the scenic landscape before reaching the monastery to witness its sacred halls. Conclude the day by getting driven to the hotel for an overnight stay.

On this day, check out of the hotel and get transferred to the Siliguri Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey. This is where your trip comes to an end. Have a safe journey!

Know Before You Go

Ask your local guide to help you purchase a SIM on arrival, as Bhutan supports 2 networks: B-Mobile SIM and TashiCell.
It is wise to carry enough cash, especially for remote areas in the Ngultrum (BTN) currency.
ID Proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and upon arrival. PAN Card will not be considered as a valid identity proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passport as a proof of identity.
Travellers aren't expected to wear the traditional kira, but you should make sure your clothing covers your arms and legs when entering a Dzong.
Indians must pay the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of Rs 1200 per person/per night. Children below 5 years are exempted from SDF, while kids between 6 and 12 years of age, will get 50% concession.
To obtain entry in Bhutan, Indian tourists must carry their passports with a minimum 6 months validity and make the payment of SDF.
Plastic has been banned since 1999 in Bhutan, therefore, it is advised to carry plastic/plastic items.
Keep your arms and legs covered while visiting a Dzong (fortress-monastery).
Ask for permission from the attending authority before taking any photos or videos inside places like monasteries.
In Bhutan, Tuesday is ‘Dry Day’. This means locals don’t drink alcohol on Tuesday. So it would be respectful to avoid alcohol on Tuesdays too.
It’s illegal for tobacco to be sold in Bhutan. Tourists can bring cigarettes into the country, but can only smoke them in designated places.
Bhutan does not have a micro (or nano) SIM card. So check your mobile device for SIM compatibility before visiting Bhutan.
Credit cards are widely accepted in major cities and tourist areas. However, it is recommended to carry some cash.
The official currency in Bhutan is the Bhutanese Ngultrum (BTN). It is advisable to exchange currency at banks or authorised exchange bureaus.

Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the package. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 14 working days. Bank charges and transaction fees will be deducted where applicable. Refund amount depends on the cancellation date relative to the travel date.

Confirm & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 15 to 30 days attract a cancellation fee of 50 percent. No refunds are applicable for cancellations made within 14 days of departure.

The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Travelers must comply with the health and safety protocols enforced by local authorities.

Additional Information

Carry a copy of your travel insurance and emergency contact numbers. Electricity supply is 230V with type D, F, and G plugs. Mobile coverage is good in cities but may be limited in valleys. Avoid public displays of affection. Always ask permission before photographing locals or monks.
