Costs arising from roadblocks, landslides or itinerary changes due to weather or force majeure
Refundable security deposit for bike damages if applicable
Carry valid photo ID proofs (passport, voter ID or driving license) and passport‑size photographs for permit formalities in Sikkim
Pack light (typically 25 kg limit on luggage support vehicles)
Ensure you have enough local currency (INR) for small purchases and incidental expenses
Dress in layers; weather ranges from mild valleys to chilly high‑altitude passes
An initial deposit (e.g. ₹ 25,000) is required to hold your booking
Full payment is due at least 30 days before departure date
Cancellation more than 45 days before departure incurs nominal fee (e.g. ₹ 10,000)
Cancellation 45–30 days prior may attract a charge of ~25 % of total cost
Cancellation 30–15 days prior ~50 % charge
Cancellation within 15 days or “no show” usually non‑refundable
Booking is confirmed only after receipt of deposit and written acknowledgment
Changes to dates or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional costs
If minimum group or rider numbers are not met the operator reserves the right to cancel with full refund
Refunds (if eligible) processed per policy timelines and terms
Riders must have sufficient riding experience for narrow winding Himalayan roads with hairpin bends
Organizers reserve the right to alter itinerary due to road conditions, permits availability or weather
Participant must comply with instructions of ride captains and support crew
Liability for any injury or damage rests with participant; personal travel insurance strongly recommended
Baggage limit should be respected; extra charges may apply for overweight bags
