Payment terms vary by booking channel; typically a deposit (e.g. 25–30 %) is required at booking, with full payment due 15–20 days before arrival. Some providers offer free cancellation up to 30 days before; closer to arrival, cancellation charges may apply (ranging from 20 % to 100 % of total cost depending on timing). Refunds depend on supplier terms and may be subject to administrative fees.
Booking confirmation is issued after receipt of initial deposit; any remaining balance must be cleared by the specified deadline. Cancellation terms depend on package type: e.g. free cancellation up to ~30 days before, partial refund with penalty beyond that, and no refund within ~7–14 days of arrival depending on provider. Changes or postponements may be allowed once if advised in writing with sufficient notice, though surcharges may apply.
The resort does not accept cash beyond pre‑authorized credit card transactions with written consent; charges only via official payment links or forms. The Fushi Plan privileges terminate at checkout morning. Special event gala dinners (e.g. Christmas, New Year) are mandatory and fees included in package price if through those dates. Resort amenities may be subject to availability; resort reserves the right to enforce local regulations (e.g. currency acceptance rules).
