Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the package. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy. Partial refunds are only possible if cancellations are made within the eligible period. Payment can be made via credit card or approved online payment methods. No refund will be issued for unused services or activities.
Booking confirmation is sent via email upon full payment. Free cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will incur a minimal charge. Cancellations between 15 to 30 days before departure will incur 50 percent of the package cost. No refunds are possible for cancellations made within 14 days of departure.
